The estate

Formerly a family home. Now the view everyone talks about.

The Emerald takes its name from the greenery around it and from its founders, Vincent and Milagros Dayrit of Miladay Jewels. On high ground above Antipolo, the 4,400 sqm estate looks out over Metro Manila and Laguna de Bay, with a mountain breeze that keeps it cool, especially in the ’ber months.

Three spaces work together on your day: the glass banquet hall, the lawn beneath the old trees, and the infinity pool on the edge of the cliff. The Emerald Villa’s Master Suite and Deluxe Room are yours for getting ready. Guests write about the view, the parking and the quiet; you choose your own caterer and suppliers, and the team hosts only one event a day.

01 · The banquet hall

Glass on three sides, 270 degrees of Antipolo.

Three tall corner-to-corner glass walls open the hall to the garden, the pool and the city. Bespoke wood pieces by artist Benji Reyes line the room, and the waved ceiling takes any styling from lanterns to a floral canopy. Seats up to 200 guests, air-conditioned, with a 30A power allocation included.

02 · The garden

Over 1,100 sqm of grass under old trees, with a mountain breeze and the skyline as the backdrop. Ceremonies, cocktails and dinners on the lawn; the garden and poolside take up to 400 guests in total. Outdoor music is welcome until 9 PM.

03 · The infinity pool

The sun goes down into the city.

The pool lies at the cliff edge of the garden with an unobstructed view of Metro Manila. Sunset cocktails, the first dance under the stars, or a prenup shoot between 8 AM and 8 PM. Cold sparklers and no-smoke fountains are welcome; aerial fireworks are not.

Get ready in the house.

Every day rate includes private access to the Master Suite and the Deluxe Room: wooden floors, daybeds and a dining room for the entourage, the family or the suppliers’ prep. Holding rooms only; no overnight stays.

Every day rate includes

  • 5-hour exclusive use of the banquet hall, garden and pool (up to 200 guests)
  • Private access to the Master Suite and Deluxe Room
  • Full-day ingress from 8:00 AM plus a 2-hour egress
  • 30A power allocation for styling and entertainment set-ups
  • On-site secured parking for up to 90 vehicles
  • One exclusive event per day

Good to know

  • Accredited caterers: no corkage. A non-accredited caterer: ₱20,000 corkage. Alcohol, food carts, lights and sounds: no corkage.
  • Prenup shoots: ₱15,000 nett for confirmed event clients, ₱20,000 for non-event clients, 8 AM–8 PM, with the villa as a prep room and 5-hour pool and garden access for up to 10 guests (₱500 each beyond).
  • Reservation fee to confirm, 50% down payment within 60–90 days, full payment 60 days before, ₱20,000 refundable security deposit. Cash or cheque.
  • Extensions ₱10,000 per hour; extra power ₱5,000 per 20A, per the published terms.

How many guests can The Emerald accommodate?
The banquet hall seats up to 200 guests. The garden and poolside areas accommodate up to 400 guests in total. The garden spans over 1,100 sqm within a 4,400 sqm estate, and only one exclusive event is hosted per day.
What are the venue rates?
Published per-day venue rental (all nett): Monday–Tuesday ₱130,000, Wednesday–Thursday ₱150,000, Friday–Sunday ₱180,000. Each includes 5-hour exclusive use of the banquet hall, garden and pool (up to 200 guests), private access to the Master Suite and Deluxe Room, full-day ingress from 8 AM plus a 2-hour egress, and a 30A power allocation. Do you offer wedding packages with catering?
The Emerald now offers venue rental only, so you choose your own caterer, stylist and suppliers. Thirteen accredited caterers are listed on the suppliers page. A non-accredited caterer may be used with a ₱20,000 corkage fee. Alcohol, food carts, lights and sounds carry no corkage.
Is there parking?
Yes: on-site secured parking for up to 90 vehicles, first come first served.
Can we have our prenup shoot at The Emerald?
Yes. Published prenup rates: ₱15,000 nett for confirmed event clients, ₱20,000 nett for non-event clients, between 8 AM and 8 PM subject to availability. It includes use of The Emerald Villa as a prep or holding room and 5-hour access to the pool and garden for up to 10 guests (₱500 each for extra guests).
Can we visit for an ocular?
Yes, no appointment needed. On non-event days 9 AM–4 PM; on event days 9 AM–2 PM. Check the calendar above for event days. Pencil bookings are not accepted for oculars.
Do you offer overnight stays or prep rooms?
No overnight stays, but the Master Suite and Deluxe Room serve as elegant holding and prep rooms during your event. For staycations, see the hotels listed on the suppliers page (not affiliated).
Are fireworks, loud music and pets allowed?
Aerial fireworks are not permitted; cold sparklers, no-smoke fountains and smoke machines are welcome. Outdoor music until 9 PM, indoor sound softened by 10 PM. Pets are welcome with a dedicated handler, on a leash or in a carrier.
What are the payment terms?
From the published terms: a non-refundable reservation fee confirms the booking, a 50% down payment follows within 60–90 days, full payment is due 60 days before the event, and a ₱20,000 refundable security deposit is paid on or before the event date. How far is The Emerald from Manila and the churches?
About half an hour from Metro Manila, on Cabrera Road in Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo. Our Lady of Light Parish and St. John the Baptist are about 10 minutes away, Antipolo Cathedral about 20. The full list is on the suppliers page.
